Returns Policy

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive items that are damaged, defective, or different from your order due to shipping issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the items to us.
We will promptly inspect and either replace the items or exchange them for correct products.

As our original products are made-to-order, cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference after final order confirmation are not accepted.
Damage or dirt caused by the customer
