About the NBC business
It is no exaggeration to say that utilizing sustainable materials is now the responsibility of manufacturers.
We import high-quality recycled resins from overseas, which are made by recycling not only waste plastics generated during the manufacturing and processing of products, but also various parts and materials. In addition, we also import virgin resins suitable for stable molding, biodegradable resins that can be recycled back into natural world, and resins used in printing-related with products such as paints and paper. We handle a wide variety of materials, including barium sulfate.

Four fields
Recycled Resin
We handle recycled resins from home appliances collected by a major Chinese home appliance manufacturer. The recycled resins from this company are characterized by stable physical properties and are available in abundance. We can also disclose information in accordance with REACH and RoHS, so that you can rest assured. Since physical properties and color tone (Lab) are controlled, it can be used for a stylish product.
Virgin Resin
We handle a wide variety of virgin resins, including polypropylene (PP) homopolymer, random copolymer, and block copolymer, as well as polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin (ABS), and polystyrene (PS). Since we directly deal with overseas manufacturers, we can provide high-quality products at a competitive price.
Biodegradable resin
Biodegradation does not simply mean that plastic breaks down into small pieces, but that it is broken down to the molecular level by the action of microorganisms, and ultimately circulates in nature as carbon dioxide and water. In addition to material recycling, we also contribute to the realization of a carbon neutral environment by providing biodegradable plastics and bioplastics.
Barium sulfate
Barium sulfate is a material used in paints, printing inks, paper manufacturing, etc. The company we do business with is a specialized manufacturer of barium sulfate (baryte powder), owns seven mines, and exports to Europe, the US, and Asian countries. We can import and supply high-quality barium sulfate based on our extensive experience and technical capabilities backed up by research partnerships with universities.
Four features of recycled resin

We have established a procurement route for used home appliances and are able to supply recycled resins of stable quality and quantity.
We have established procurement routes that enable us to collect used home appliances (four types in total) such as air conditioners and televisions, which are the raw materials for recycled resin, from all over China.
The collected used home appliances are carefully disassembled and dismantled one by one, and then sorted by parts and materials. Even if the products have quality issues at the time of collection, our unique advanced processing technology allows us to regenerate them into recycled resin of the high quality equivalent to virgin products, without odors or foreign matter contamination. Our strength is the system which can be achieved both stable procurement and supply. -

We can process resin compounds to meet customer needs.
Processing resin requires specialized know-how, skilled techniques, and equipment suitable for the conditions, such as coloring with pigments and adding functionality with fillers. In order to mix materials uniformly and continuously produce recycled resin with stable physical properties, none of these elements can be missed.
